Position Overview

The D.P. Dough Team is responsible for ensuring that every customer receives consistent, great-tasting food in a timely manner. This includes adhering to menu recipes, staying focused on order times, and providing a high-quality guest experience. All team members take orders and operate the cash register and POS system, maintaining accurate accounting of all transactions.

Tasks

• Provide a great experience to every customer
• Comply with all menu recipes, quality standards, and food service safety standards
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Follow opening and closing procedures of each workstation, including side work
• Serve as an ambassador for D.P. Dough
• Work as an active team member with the entire team
• Successfully complete the training program

Duties

• Food & Kitchen Prep: Stock, date, rotate & record inventory of prepared items
• Maintain Expo Table: Food preparation & monitoring of temperatures
• Dough Stations: Make dough
• Ovens: Prepare, monitor temperatures & operate
• Dishes: Proper sink setup, wash, dry & put dishes away
• Delivery: Drivers use their own vehicles to take fresh baked calzones to customers within our limited delivery area

9AM – 3AM (4AM on Thur Fri and Sat)

Flexible Late Nights & Weekends are a MUST!
