Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking two experienced Dozer Operators to support our construction team in Texas. You will operate bulldozers and related heavy equipment to perform site preparation, grading, earthmoving, and roadwork.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of dozer experience, can read grade stakes and GPS machine control, and is committed to safety and quality workmanship on outdoor projects.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe dozer operating procedures.
• Ability to perform rough and finish grading.
• Ability to understand and follow construction plans, grade stakes, and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers safely on earthwork, grading, and road projects.
• Perform rough and finish grading per plans, specs, and grade stakes.
• Read plans and follow directions from supervisors and grade shooters.
