Amrize in Chase, MD is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely operate bulldozers, move and level materials, and support Middle River aggregate operations. The role emphasizes stockpile management and site efficiency in a demanding outdoor setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 2–3 years of bulldozer experience, preferably in quarry or aggregate environments, with a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating bulldozers, preferably in quarry/aggregate environments.
• Proven experience moving and stockpiling materials and maintaining site safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers to move, level and spread sand, gravel, and crushed stone.
• Maintain stockpile shapes and manage material flow for efficient production.
• Inspect equipment and perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Follow site plans and grade specs for accurate placement of materials.
• Coordinate with loaders, excavators, and plant operators to meet targets.
• Adhere to MSHA/OSHA safety regulations and ensure a safe work environment.
