Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators and loaders, to move materials and earth.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to high quality standards.
• Maintain equipment and perform basic repairs as needed.
• Communicate regularly with crew members and subcontractors to meet schedules and budgets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with crew and subs to align with project timelines.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and safety procedures followed at all times.
• Identify and resolve issues arising during construction projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
