Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking two experienced Dozer Operators to join our construction team in Texas. The Dozer Operator will safely operate bulldozers and related heavy equipment to perform site preparation, grading, and earthmoving activities, while maintaining safety and quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of dozer experience on construction or heavy civil projects, with familiarity in finish grading and GPS machine control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating a dozer in construction or heavy civil projects.
• Experience with finish grading and working from survey stakes or GPS machine control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers safely and efficiently for earthwork and roadway construction.
• Read and interpret construction plans, grade stakes, and directions from supervisors.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Follow safety policies, OSHA regulations, and environmental requirements.
