Job summary

The Kearney Companies is seeking an experienced Dozer Operator to join our site and utilities team in Riverview, FL. This role involves push work, rough grading, and finish grading across civil construction projects.

Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of dozer experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work Monday through Saturday. A safety‑minded, dependable approach is essential for meeting production goals across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dozer operating experience on site development, roadway, or heavy civil construction projects preferred.
• Experience with mass grading, rough grading, finish grading, and site balancing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret grading stakes, elevations, and construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Operate dozer to push, rough grade, and finish grade on site development and civil projects.

• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain dozer in safe working condition.

Our projects include site development, underground utilities, roadway construction, and public infrastructure work throughout the Tampa Bay area.We are currently seeking experienced Dozer Operators to join our growing team. Qualified candidates must have experience performing push work, rough grading, and finish grading on site development and civil construction projects.
