Southland Holdings is currently accepting resumes for highly motivated construction workers to join our team in Clearwater, FL as a Dozer Operator (GPS).

Responsibilities

• Operate grader to spread and level material according to grade specification.
• Manipulate hand and/or foot controls to operate a grader on roads.
• Coordinate machine actions with other activities, moving in response to hand or audio signals.
• Take actions to avoid potential hazards or obstructions and follow all safety procedures.

Requirements

• 1-3 YEARS heavy equipment operation experience required.
• Operates several types of construction equipment including backhoes, dozers, or rough graders.
• Demands a worker with experience in the heavy, civil construction industry and ability to work under limited direction and supervision.
