Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Dozer Operator for Scout Island, CO to support production operations with a variety of heavy equipment. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficient material handling on site.

The candidate will operate dozers and related machinery, perform basic maintenance, and participate in safety trainings. A minimum of 3 years of heavy equipment experience and a High School diploma are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience operating a haul truck, dozer and excavator.
• Adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Ability to perform light maintenance and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Operates a variety of heavy and light equipment to create finished products.
• Feeds materials into machines and transfers material between locations.
• Conducts pre/post-trip inspections and identifies malfunctions.
• Performs light maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Operates dozer to shape pits and grade for drainage.
• Keeps the work area clean and organized.
• Participates in safety meetings and reports incidents.
