The ideal candidate has 2+ years of construction experience and can pass required certifications. You will perform equipment inspections, follow GPS/grading controls, and coordinate with crew to maintain a safe and efficient worksite.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction experience.
• Able to obtain required certifications as needed.
• Fit for duty and able to pass safety screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate CAT bulldozers and excavators safely and efficiently.
• Load on-road and off-road trucks.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks.
• Maintain a safe, secure work environment by following procedures.
• Follow grade stakes or GPS controls to achieve specified grade.
• Coordinate machine actions with crew signals and hand signals.
