Responsibilities

• Operate CAT bulldozers (D5-D8) and CAT excavators (320-349).
• Load on-road and off-road trucks safely.
• Grade and level terrain according to grade stakes or GPS signals.
• Perform pre-operation inspections and preventive maintenance checks.
• Coordinate machine actions with crew signals and instructions.
• Maintain safe, healthy work environment and comply with regulations.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and call for repairs as needed.
• Update job knowledge through training opportunities.
