BRI is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to add to our growing team. This position is full‑time M‑F 7:00am-4:00pm with a one hour lunch break. The job location is primarily located in Kanawha and Putnam counties. Interested applicants MUST possess at least 10 years of verified operating experience. Applicants must pass a drug screening and have a clear driving record. The core role of the Heavy Equipment Operator is executing precision grading, excavation, slopes, and footers.

Required Equipment Expertise

• Excavators: Trenching, mass excavation, footers and utility placement.
• Bulldozers: Finish grading, cut & fill.
• Compactor: Vibratory drum compactor.
• Motor Grader: Operation of a plus but not required.
• Telehandler: Loading & unloading of material, setting metal structures.
• Tri‑Axle Dump: Hauling, Loading & dumping of material.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Planning: Interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and construction plans.

Candidate Qualifications
