Job summary

Doyle Security Services, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer to observe and report activities at client sites and protect property and personnel.

The role requires standing for long periods and performing patrols, with night shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays/Tuesdays (2200–0600). Candidates must have a High School diploma or GED, a valid NJ SORA License, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid NJ SORA License.
• Must understand and communicate effectively in English.
• Able to stand for the majority of the workday.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at client sites, providing for security and safety.
• Make periodic patrols to check for irregularities.
• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitor surveillance equipment; inspect buildings, equipment, and access points; permit entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Work requires the ability to stand for the majority of workday.

Friday & Saturday (2200 to 0600)

Monday & Tuesday (2200 to 0600)

Up to USD $24.00/Hr.
