Job summary

Beacon Hill, a premier downtown Miami firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its busy transactional team. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and paid commuter benefits.

You will support attorneys through every phase of CRE transactions, perform due diligence, prepare closing documents, and assist with entity formation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, with direct experience in retail triple-net properties
• Clear, professional communication with clients, lenders, and title companies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based software

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through every phase of commercial real estate transactions, contracts and loan commitments through closing and post-closing
• Run commercial due diligence: title and survey review, title objection letters, lease reviews, municipal lien searches, and UCC, judgment, litigation, and lien searches
• Prepare closing checklists, critical-dates timelines, title commitments and policies, closing statements, affidavits, and entity authorizations
• Prepare organizational documents and assist with entity formation
• Assemble closing binders and support transactions locally and nationally
