Aufgaben

• Assist with preparing and reviewing closing documents for commercial and residential real estate transactions.
• Aid in preparing and reviewing loan documents, including UCC Financing Statements.
• Coordinate closings by maintaining a closing checklist and distributing signature pages.
• Review title and survey documents; prepare title/survey memoranda and letters.
• Order and collect due diligence items for sale and loan transactions.
• Abstract UCC/judgment/lien search results and review zoning reports.
• Conduct lease reviews and prepare lease abstracts.
• Manage filing and recording of documents; prepare closing binders.
• Address post-closing matters.
