The role focuses on maintaining high food quality and safety, preparing items per the cover sheet, and supporting all stations with daily prep and cleanliness. A flexible schedule is required.

Formación

• Minimum of one year of kitchen preparation and cooking experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains the highest food quality and safety standards.
• Prepares items according to cover sheet.
• Utilizes daily prep lists to ensure all stations are properly set up and ready for each service.
• Labels, dates, and rotates all products to minimize waste and maximize yields.
• Ensures that assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary.
• Assists with other duties as assigned by Management.
