Job summary

NeuroMonics is seeking a Downtown Ambassador in Dallas to engage visitors and residents with recommendations on the best restaurants, venues, and activities in Downtown. You’ll be a high-energy, friendly, informative presence promoting the area without a sales quota.

You’ll also support events and keep public spaces clean, work with cross-functional teams, and report safety concerns while encouraging a vibrant, welcoming Downtown Dallas experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with a minimum of two years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Bi-lingual ability is desirable.
• Familiarity with Downtown Dallas.

Responsibilities

• Share knowledge of Downtown history, art, restaurants, and venues with the public.
• Provide directions and information to visitors and locals.
• Engage with the public in a proactive, positive manner.
• Assist with keeping Downtown clean and safe.
• Support activations and events with other teams.

Skills

Excellent verbal and interpersonal

Education
