Job summary

Just Evotec Biologic in Redmond, WA, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate II to join our Manufacturing Downstream Purification team. This role emphasizes curiosity, problem-solving, and collaborative work across projects, with a focus on downstream purification processes.

You will engage in controlled bioprocess steps, support new technology introductions, and contribute to batch record execution, SOP drafting, and equipment operations. The role is site-based with a Wednesday-Saturday shift.

• Ability to develop solutions to moderately scoped technical issues
• Ability to organize, analyze/interpret and communicate results
• Motivated, self-starter with strong mechanical aptitude
• Good interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor critical processes (Single-use bioreactor operations, perfusion, chromatography, product filtration, solution preparation)
• Support introduction of new products and technologies into the facility
• Initiate non-conformances (NC)
• Execute Electronic Batch Records (EBR) using MES
• Draft and revise Manufacturing Procedures and SOPs as needed
• Support operations of glasswasher and autoclave
• Perform other duties as assigned
