Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and right-first-time focus.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor critical processes including bioreactor operations, perfusion, chromatography, filtration, and solution prep.
• Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the facility.
• Initiate non-conformances (NC).
• Execute Electronic Batch Records (EBR) using MES.
• Draft and revise Manufacturing Procedures and SOPs.
• Support operations of glasswasher and autoclave.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
