Job summary

Just Evotec Biologics in Redmond, WA, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate I to join the Manufacturing department. You will perform and monitor critical production steps, support new product introductions, and ensure documentation accuracy in MES and batch records.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliable time management, and strong communication to collaborate across teams. This site-based position requires adaptability to the day shift schedule and a focus on quality from first pass.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associate’s degree in science-related area with relevant experience acceptable.
• High school diploma or GED with 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor critical manufacturing processes (SUB batch, inoculations, perfusion, harvest).
• Support introduction of new products and technologies into the facility.
• Initiate non-conformances (NC) and document in MES/Electronic Batch Records.
• Draft and revise Manufacturing Procedures and SOPs as needed.
• Operate glasswasher and autoclave, and support related utilities.
