Job summary

Sanofi in Pearl River, NY seeks a Production Technician to operate downstream and buffer preparation equipment in a cGMP facility and perform aseptic sampling. You will contribute to high-quality drug substance production with strict attention to documentation and safety.

The role requires familiarity with CIP/SIP, calibration of process instruments, and adherence to GDP. Flexibility for weekend work and shifts is expected as part of production timelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with at least 1 year of work experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with no prior experience.
• Training within a cGMP manufacturing environment is preferred.
• General knowledge of cGMP, GDP, SOP’s.
• English fluent, both written and spoken.
• Good communication and social skills.
• Basic understanding of BEVS manufacturing process is desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate downstream and buffer preparation equipment (CIP/SIP) and maintain cleanroom/benchtop work areas.
• Perform aseptic sampling and environmental monitoring in quality-controlled areas.
• Maintain and calibrate process instruments (pH, conductivity, turbidity meters).
• Ensure GDP adherence in production records and documentation.
