Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Production Technician in Pearl River, NY. The role focuses on operating downstream equipment for drug substance production, performing aseptic sampling, and maintaining strict documentation under cGMP guidelines.

Training, safety, and collaboration with cross-functional teams are core expectations. The candidate should have a high school diploma (or GED) with experience, or a bachelor’s degree with no prior experience, plus familiarity with cGMP, GDP, and SOPs.

Qualifications

• English fluent, both written and spoken.
• Good communication and social skills.
• High School Diploma with at least 1 year of work experience.
• Bachelors Degree with no prior experience.
• Training within a cGMP manufacturing environment is preferred.
• General knowledge of cGMP, GDP, SOPs.
• BEVS manufacturing process knowledge is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate downstream and buffer preparation equipment (CIP/SIP) and maintain calibration.
• Perform aseptic sampling and environmental monitoring in accordance with quality standards.
• Assist in cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of downstream processing equipment.
• Document data and adhere to GDP in production records.
• Support troubleshooting and CAPA investigations as needed.
• Attend required cGMP training and follow SOPs.
