Job summary

Sanofi in Pearl River, NY is seeking a Production Operator to run large-scale bioreactor processes under cGMP. You will manage cell expansion, protein production, and equipment prep with strict documentation and safety standards.

Responsibilities include atomized process steps, data interpretation, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with teams. Candidates should have HS/BS with GMP exposure and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• HS with 3–5 years GMP experience or BS with 1–3 years.
• 1–3 years bioreactor experience preferred.
• Knowledge of valves, filters, piping, HMI, instrumentation.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Fluent English; strong documentation and safety adherence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale bioreactor cell expansion and protein production including equipment prep (CIP/SIP) and raw material handling.
• Perform cell analysis and data interpretation using cell counter and microscopy for contamination checks.
• Operate and maintain ancillary equipment (scales, turbidity meters, pumps, etc.).
• Ensure good documentation practices (GDP) and participate in deviations, CAPAs and investigations.
• Work flexible schedule including weekends/holidays as required.
