Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing & Operations associate for a 6pm-6:30am schedule on a 2-2-3 rotation. The role involves loading bottle-feeding systems, operating fill and capping machines, and ensuring packaging is stacked correctly.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma (preferred) and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. We emphasize teamwork, safety, and the company’s ESOP retirement program, with strong benefits from day one.

• Ability to work a rotating 6pm-6:30am schedule and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect packaging and ensure correct stacking.
• Load bottle-feeding system and operate fill/capping machines.
• Report quality issues or equipment defects to line operator.
• Ensure accurate quantities are packed.
• Assist line operator with cleaning and quality control operations.
• Rotate line duties as requested and participate in safety programs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and high housekeeping.

D Crew Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Visually inspect the packaging prior to stacking · Ensuring all boxes are stacked as specified based on item, pallet, and quantity per pallet · Report any quality issues or equipment defects to the line operator · Ensure accurate quantities are packed · Load Bottle-feeding system · Load Fill capping machines · Assist Line Operator with cleaning and quality control operations · Communicate required information to Co-workers and Managers · Rotate line duties as requested by the Line Operator · Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times · Maintain a high level of housekeeping · May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned · Work well within a team environment · Active participation in the Company safety program · Abides by all internal policies.
