Job summary

You will define the long-term commercial vision, drive strategic accounts, and lead business-development initiatives across neutron, gamma, and directional sensors. Travel as required to support customers.

You will apply technical knowledge of MWD/LWD, wireline systems, and downhole sensors to tailor solutions, negotiate deals, and grow revenue while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of oilfield sales experience.
• Knowledge of directional drilling, formation evaluation and downhole sensors.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen with ability to develop value-based proposals.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and pipeline analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define market strategy and account plans for the assigned geography.
• Drive sales across the Downhole Technology portfolio, building backlog and revenue.
• Develop key customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead opportunities from qualification to order, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
