Job summary

Clean Harbors is inviting active-duty transitioning military personnel to participate in the DOW SkillBridge/CSP program across the United States. This internship is designed for those within 180 days of transition and requires authorization from the Unit Commander to participate.

Participants gain hands-on experience, with opportunities to obtain industry certifications (OSHA, HAZWOPER, RCRA, and more based on position) and mentorship through Employee Resource Groups.

Clean Harbors is looking for Active-Duty Transitioning Military to participate in our DOW SkillBridge/CSP program across the United States. This position is reserved for Active-Duty Military that are transitioning into civilian life. We are interested in your experience as you transition from a military to a civilian career. This is a great opportunity to leverage your skills and training as you return to civilian life.

Qualifications

• Safety- orientated mindset
• Must be within 180 days of transition from military service (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and Space Force)
• Received Unit Commander written authorization and approval to participate in DOW SkillBridge Program prior to start of internship
• Open to all qualified transitioning active-duty U.S. service members, both officer and enlisted, of any rank and branch

Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position

Per OSHA's Respiratory Protection standard, 29 CFR 1910.34, employees in positions requiring respirators are required to meet facial hair standards.
