Job summary

Krispy Kreme in Elk Grove Village, IL, seeks a production team member to assist in doughnut making and operation of the hot line. You will prepare ingredients, measure weights, and help ensure product quality and safety.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in food handling, be 18+, and able to work any shift. Excellent communication and a professional appearance are expected as part of our inclusive, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a job involving food handling and safety.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Open availability and flexibility to work any shift.
• Ability to understand weights and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all ingredients necessary for doughnut production - brew, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings.
• Accurately weigh ingredients, measure liquids, mixing, and frying doughnuts
• Record keeping (times and temperatures) of all products prepared to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
• Maintain sanitation standards within production area to ensure proper cleanliness and smooth operation of equipment.
