Job summary

Pinkbox Doughnuts is hiring a Doughnut Artist to craft our signature designs using icing, fillings, toppings, and decorating techniques. You’ll ensure every doughnut meets Pinkbox standards and visually wows customers in a fast-paced shop setting.

The role requires pastry experience and a valid Food Handler’s Card, with an 8-hour shift on weekends and holidays. You’ll work within brand guidelines and hygiene policies across a busy, 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Prior pastry experience required.
• Must have a Food Handler’s Card (or required regional work cards).
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.
• Decorators can expect to work an 8-hour shift on average, including weekends and holidays (most of our shops are 24/7).
• Comply with brand and Company uniform and hygiene policies.

Responsibilities

• Follow product recipes and decorating requirements.
• Inspect all products and remove any misshapen or imperfect doughnuts.
• Properly apply fillings, icings, and toppings.
• Follow portion controls and par levels.
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special-order restrictions.
• Maintain awareness of inventory.
• Stock and rotate speed racks and display cases.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to support the shop.
