Job summary

Pinkbox Doughnuts is seeking a Doughnut Dealer to be the friendly face of the shop, greeting guests, guiding flavor choices, and processing transactions with a smile. You will help keep the shop vibrant and inviting, and jump in to assist with decorating when the front is slow.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of customer service or food service experience, a positive attitude, and a Food Handler’s Card; must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• 1+ year of customer service or food service experience preferred.
• A positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and help with doughnut decorating.
• Must have a Food Handler’s Card and be legally authorized to work.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with good vibes and energy.
• Help guests choose flavors and suggest combos.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and restrooms.
• Assist with doughnut decorating when front is slow.
• Support daily operations as needed by management.
