Job summary

Pinkbox Doughnuts is seeking a Doughnut Dealer to be the friendly face of the shop. You will greet guests, help them pick flavors, and ring up orders with a smile.

You’ll jump in where needed, maintain a clean dining area, and assist with doughnut decorating during slower moments. Prior customer service experience is preferred, and a Food Handler's Card is required. Shifts are 6–8 hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or food service experience preferred.
• A positive attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Handler's Card required.
• Legally authorized to work per State and Federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with good vibes and big energy as soon as they walk in.
• Help guests choose flavors and recommend combos (suggestive selling).
• Know our doughnuts inside and out — flavors, ingredients, and what's hot today.
• Handle cash + card transactions accurately and confidently.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized dining room, restrooms, and guest areas during your shift.
• Assist with doughnut decorating when the front is slow.
