Job summary

Pinkbox Doughnuts in St. George, UT is seeking a Doughnut Artist to bring the final “wow” to our doughnuts. You will decorate using our proprietary icing, fillings, toppings and techniques to meet Pinkbox standards.

Prior pastry experience, a County Food Handler’s Card, and legal eligibility to work in the U.S. are required. You should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and work weekends/holidays in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• County Food Handler’s Card (or regional equivalent).
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Follow product recipes and decorating requirements.
• Inspect finished doughnuts and remove imperfections.
• Apply fillings, icings, and toppings.
• Follow portion controls and par levels.
• Understand allergy procedures and special-orders.
• Maintain awareness of inventory.
• Stock and rotate displays/cases.
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by Management.

About the Role

As a Doughnut Artist at Pinkbox Doughnuts, you bring the final “wow” factor to every doughnut. You’ll create our signature designs using proprietary icing, filling, topping, and decorating techniques, ensuring every product looks amazing and meets Pinkbox standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow product recipes and decorating requirements
• Inspect all products and remove any misshapen or imperfect doughnuts
• Properly apply fillings, icings, and toppings
• Follow portion controls and par levels
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special-order restrictions
• Maintain awareness of inventory
• Stock and rotate speed racks and display cases
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Perform additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to support the shop

Qualifications

• Must have a County Food Handler’s Card (or required regional work cards)
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift
• Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 20 pounds
• Ability to multitask and remain positive in busy working conditions
• Decorators can expect to work an 8-hour shift on average, including weekends and holidays (most of our shops are 24/7)
• Comply with brand and Company uniform and hygiene policies
• Fun, fast-paced, upbeat environment
