Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce dough according to established recipes, standards, and weekly production schedules.
• Execute both regular and gluten-free dough production on designated days.
• Ensure all dough meets quality, consistency, and fermentation standards.
• Break down, clean, and sanitize mixers and all dough-related equipment after use.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dough production areas.
• Work closely with the delivery driver to ensure proper quantities are ready for daily and weekly distribution.
• Communicate production levels, timing, and needs to support restaurant operations.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
