Via 313 is seeking a Dough/Prep Team Member in a fast-paced kitchen. Ideal candidates are 21+ and able to work weekends, with a valid Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain one). The role offers $15–$18 per hour, full-time benefits after probation, and growth opportunities within a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities include sauces, vegetable prep, dough pressing, and assisting with pizza production during peak times. No prior experience required beyond enthusiasm and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Valid Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain).

Responsabilités

• Make sauces, prep vegetables and ingredients, shred cheese, and mix/press dough.
• Work in a small, fast-paced kitchen with 3–5 teammates per shift.
• Support the BOH team during high-volume periods by assisting pizza production and dishes.
• Teamwork, consistency, and attention to detail are essential to success.
