Job summary

Via 313 is seeking a Pizza Dough Prep Team Member to help lay the foundation for our Detroit-style pizzas in a fast-paced kitchen. You\'ll mix, portion, press, and prep our signature dough, and assist with sauces, shredding cheese, and daily prep duties.

Be prepared to work closely with teammates in a small, hands-on role that values consistency and pride in quality. Paid training is provided, with opportunities to grow within our Texas restaurant group.

Qualifications

• No baking or dough-making experience required; we\'ll teach you everything you need to know.
• Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Mix, portion, press, and prepare our signature Detroit-style pizza dough.
• Prepare fresh sauces, shred cheese, and complete daily prep tasks.
• Follow recipes and food safety standards with accuracy and consistency.
• Keep prep areas clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.
• Work efficiently to ensure restaurants receive high-quality products on schedule.
• Support your teammates and assist with additional prep tasks as needed.
