Little Caesars is seeking a Dough Person at our Decatur, AL location to learn from skilled pizza makers and contribute to a fast-paced environment. Paid training and opportunities to grow within a global chain are offered.

The role focuses on preparing dough, following recipes for consistency, and maintaining a clean workspace while joining a fun, enthusiastic team dedicated to making great pizza nights affordable for families.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (OSHA).
• No formal education required.
• Passion for creating delicious food.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift 40-50 pounds sacks of dough mix.
• Must be able to tolerate standing for 4 hours or more per shift.
• Must be available nights and weekends.
• Conversational English is a must, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must present a valid (not expired) photo ID, as well as an original Social Security card or birth certificate; OR a valid (not expired) passport only.
• Possess basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide; can you count to 40?).
• Ability to read an analog clock is a plus!

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift 40-50 pounds sacks of dough mix
• Must be able to tolerate being on your feet for 4 hours or more each shift
• Must be available nights and weekends
• Conversational English is a must, but bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Must present a valid (not expired) photo ID, as well as an original social security card (no copies) or a birth certificate; OR a valid (not expired) passport only
