Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is hiring a dough processing associate at the Modesto facility to set up dividers, monitor weight and speed, and assist in dough mixing. The role requires adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to read, comprehend and record information.

Qualifications

• One (1) or more year’s production experience.
• No educational prerequisite; however, must have demonstrated ability to read, comprehend and record information applicable to the job.

Responsibilities

• Sets up divider
• Ensures proper weight and speed on each variety according to standards.
• Assist in mixing dough.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area.
• Daily operation of W.T. for up to two hours per day.
• Follows safety rules and company policies (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes-Oxley).
• Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures.
