Job summary

Qualifications

• No educational prerequisite; however, must have demonstrated ability to read, comprehend and record information applicable to the job.
• One (1) or more year's production experience.
• Must meet/maintain CDC food handling requirements and other governmental and/or customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Sets up divider and ensures proper weight and speed on each variety according to standards.
• Assist in mixing dough.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area.
• Daily operation of W.T. for up to two hours.
• Follows safety rules and company policies (EEO, Safety, etc.).
• Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
