Job summary

Via 313 in Salt Lake City is seeking a dependable Pizza Dough Crew member to help craft our Detroit-style dough and prep ingredients. No baking experience required; we provide paid training and room to grow.

You’ll work with a supportive team in a fast-paced kitchen, learn recipes, maintain clean prep areas, and contribute to delivering high-quality pizza to guests.

Responsibilities

• Mix, portion, press, and prepare our signature Detroit-style pizza dough
• Prepare fresh sauces, shred cheese, and complete daily ingredient prep
• Follow recipes and preparation procedures to ensure quality and consistency
• Keep prep areas clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Work efficiently to ensure fresh, high-quality ingredients are ready when needed
• Support your teammates and jump in on additional kitchen prep tasks
• Bring a positive attitude and help create a workplace everyone enjoys being part of

A Day in the Life

Great pizza starts long before it reaches the oven!

As part of our Pizza Dough Crew, you'll help create the foundation of every Detroit-style pizza we serve. From mixing and pressing our signature dough to preparing fresh sauces, shredding cheese, and prepping ingredients, your work helps make every pizza something special.

You'll work alongside a hardworking, supportive team to keep ingredients fresh, prep areas organized, and everything ready for a successful day.

Some days you'll be focused on crafting the perfect dough. Other days you'll be tackling prep projects, stocking supplies, and helping your teammates keep things moving.

Every shift is an opportunity to learn new skills, take pride in your work, and help deliver the quality our guests expect from Via 313.

Inspired by legendary Detroit pizzerias like Cloverleaf, Buddy's, Loui's, and Niki's, we've grown from a single trailer into a team serving award-winning pizza across multiple states.
