Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Aide for Brush Country Nursing and Rehabilitation in Austin, TX. You will assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity in a compassionate, team-centered environment.

Responsibilities include following care plans, aiding with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and timely response to call lights. Must have Texas Nurse Aide certification, GED, and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have current Nurse Aide certification and be in good standing with the State Nurse Aide Registry.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living in order to promote resident independence and dignity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• To assure resident safety.
• Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress appropriately, nail care of any residents assigned
• Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse
• Lift, move and transfer residents as required
• Answer call lights in a timely manner
• Assist or feed residents
• Keep resident clean and dry, toileting or providing incontinent care
• Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents
• Other duties as assigned
