Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Corrugator Department.
• Ability to read and follow factory masters.
• Ability to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy and perform basic calculations.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up bridge guides and glue station and operate the double-backer.
• Verify correct roll stock and change splices as needed.
• Adjust tension, alignment, adhesion, and warp control during runs.
• Prepare rolls for splices and manage roll changes.
• Assist in training dry end personnel and maintain safety and housekeeping.
