Hood Container is seeking a Double Backer Operator for its Winston-Salem, NC facility. The role focuses on operating and maintaining double-backing machinery, ensuring product quality and adherence to safety protocols on a 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM).

About the Role:

The Double Backer Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process within the non-durable goods sector by operating and maintaining double-backing machinery to ensure high-quality product output. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to monitor machine performance, adjust settings, and troubleshoot issues, ensuring consistent production standards are maintained. The operator will collaborate closely with quality control and maintenance teams to optimize workflow and minimize downtime. Ensuring safety protocols and operational guidelines are strictly followed is essential to protect both personnel and equipment. Ultimately, the Double Backer Operator makes a significant contribution to meeting production targets and maintaining the overall efficiency of the manufacturing line.

2nd Shift Hours - 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Monday - Friday - Weekend work may be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery, preferably in non-durable goods production.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine equipment maintenance.
