Responsibilities

• Perform initial physiological and psychosocial needs assessment on all patients within 30 minutes of admissions and shift assessment.
• Identifies problems across biophysical, cognitive, developmental, emotional, socio-cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Demonstrates accountability for ongoing awareness of the status of assigned patients and documents data accordingly
