Responsibilities

• Coordinates and implements patient care for assigned units.
• Assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame.
• Ensures quality care is provided in a safe and efficient manner.
• Develops, implements and revises the plan of care based on patient needs.
