Job summary

PiTech Solutions Inc is seeking a Dotnet Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable applications using the Microsoft .NET framework. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable software that meets business needs and security requirements.

The role requires 3+ years of experience with .NET, REST APIs, and cloud deployments, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing and maintaining applications using .NET technologies.
• Experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework or .NET Core, Entity Framework, RESTful APIs, and OO programming concepts.
• Experience writing, testing, debugging, and maintaining scalable enterprise code.
• Proficient with Visual Studio and source-control tools (Git, Azure DevOps, TFS) and sql databases.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and production support.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain back-end code using .NET, ASP.NET Core, C#, EF and related Microsoft technologies.
• Design components, APIs, services, and data access layers to meet requirements.
• Write clean, reusable, well-documented code following secure coding standards.
• Collaborate with analysts, PMs, testers, and architects to define requirements and estimate work.
• Troubleshoot, debug, test, and resolve defects using Visual Studio and cloud monitoring tools.
• Support deployment, configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning across environments.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, documentation updates, and continuous improvement.
• Assist with cloud-hosted development and AWS-related modernization when applicable.
