Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Trainee to learn the Customer Delivery Specialist role, including safe operation of delivery vehicles and service to customers on various routes. After training, you will perform delivery duties on assigned routes, including open and vacation routes.
Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, DOT physical, CDL permit within 15–45 business days, plus a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Purpose of the Job The Trainee is primarily responsible for learning all aspects of a Customer Delivery Specialist role, including the safe and efficient operation of the delivery vehicle, and all duties necessary to provide world class service to our customers. Upon completion of training, the Trainee is responsible for performing the Customer Delivery Specialist function on various routes, (including open and vacation routes).
Essential Mental and Physical Functions Repetitive job requiring frequent, but not more than normal mental or visual effort or alertness.
Constantly (34%-66%) required to walk, stand, lift up to 56 pounds and push/pull 300 - 2400 pounds with the assistance of a pallet jack. Frequently (67%-100%) required to sit. Occasionally (0%-33%) required to climb.
Cars / trucks, handheld computer, pallet jacks, hand trucks, phone, calculator, and general office equipment.

Must be able to speak and read English.
