Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a DOT Supervisor at Wally Park Orlando to lead a shift, manage direct reports, and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will instruct staff, track attendance, and review KPIs while delivering excellent customer service.

Candidates should have a valid DOT-related background, strong communication skills, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior facility or parking operations experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience with general facility maintenance is preferred.
• Parking industry experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage one working shift and direct reports.
• Provide task instructions, monitor attendance, and review KPIs.
• Keep records and produce performance reports.
• Ensure great customer service at all levels and safe work environment.
• Supervise shuttle operations and assist customers during checkout.
