Job summary

WallyPark is seeking a Weekend Supervisor in Lester, PA to manage one of our weekend shifts. You will supervise shuttle drivers, dispatch routes, and ensure safety and customer service standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

The role involves reporting, KPI tracking, and occasional shuttle operation. A background in shuttle services, a valid license, and the ability to pass a DOT/federal screening are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required; 21+ age.
• Shuttle driving experience preferred; valid licenses/endorsements.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret regulations and reports.
• Strong English communication, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure performance of team members and meet KPIs.
• Provide and demonstrate task instructions to subordinates.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
• Meet deadlines and approve work hours.
• Dispatch shuttle drivers and assist customers during checkout.
