Job summary

ThompsonGas is seeking a DOT Recruiter to own recruiting for multiple US regions from a Midland, TX base. The role is on-site several days a week, collaborating with regional HR and field leaders to meet staffing standards.

Responsibilities include building local recruiting plans, sourcing for high-volume roles (DOT-regulated drivers and service techs), and tracking metrics from requisition to onboarding. Experience with ATS like Tenstreet or DriverHub is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of recruiting experience in an industrial industry.
• Nationwide recruitment experience preferred (including CA/West Coast).
• DOT-regulated drivers recruiting experience required.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Tenstreet or DriverHub.
