Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive heavy highway construction project management experience, including DOT and paving contracts.
• Proven track record with Federal Contracts and DOT specifications.
• Strong estimating and pit exploration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of transportation projects.
• Analyze drawings and specifications for estimates.
• Oversee onsite Superintendents for safety and schedule compliance.
• Manage contract financials and quality control.
• Coordinate with clients and resolve issues.
