Coordinator Drug & Alcohol Program

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Position Type: W2 Contract

Duration: 6 months, with potential to be extended

This person's primary responsibilities include coordinating pre-employment compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations for records check paperwork and drug testing. The position requires strong organizational aptitude and attention to detail, reviewing paperwork for accuracy and coordinating corrections.

Additional Responsibilities

Data entry and update for tracking each candidate status; contacting previous employers to complete records request; and researching correct contact information for previous employers.
Upon receiving responses, match paperwork to original request, update status, and file candidate packet.
Will be trained to administer drug test collections.
Will receive training that meets DOT federal standards to become a qualified tester.
May need to conduct same gender observed drug collections.
