Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Terminal Maintenance Supervisor to oversee DOT‑regulated equipment and maintenance operations. The role ensures safety, regulatory adherence, and efficient terminal performance while guiding a team of technicians.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance, coordinating inspections, and maintaining DOT-compliant records. Strong leadership, mechanical skills, and knowledge of DOT/FMSCA/OSHA rules are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • DOT regulations and safety rules knowledge.
  • Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise maintenance personnel on DOT-regulated equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, FRA, and OSHA.
  • Oversee inspection, maintenance, and repair of terminal equipment and related facilities.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance programs with DOT requirements.
  • Maintain accurate DOT documentation and training records.
  • Track spend, work orders and report to management.
  • Support emergency response and incident investigations.
  • Lead contractor compliance with safety and qualification standards.
